Condition is New, Most Boxes do have Writing 1,2,3 on Dolphins and 49 on most Boxes (see photo). There's some Wear or Tear on some Box Lids from Opening Boxes to ensure items have no damage, the Penguin Box Does have Coffee Stain and Bends and or Wrinkles. For Size Reference that Penguin Measures Approximately 1.5" Tall X 1.5" Wide X .75" Deep. These all vary in size from about 1.5" to 2.75" in length.
