I'd say the bag hasn't been used, but there are some issues. You can find a little creasing near one bottom corner and bottom edge--likely from poor packing/storage. The main things to flag are fine lines that may have come during the leather processing, "assorting," or shelf wear. As mentioned above, no crossbody strap.
