This figure is Haggar the Witch and comes with a coffin (?) and staff. The toy was graded by the AFA and has an overall grade of 40 YG. The individual grades are C40, B70, F85. The serial number is 12839859.
As you can tell from the individual grades, the card has some issues. There is creasing, curling and tears. Additionally, this seems to be a Canadian venture as the manufacture is called "Grand Toys" and the card is in both French and English.
